    I changed the rating from 3 stars to 5 stars because the customer service was excellent. I initially commented on the product and noticed that the battery charging time was not enough to complete the full hairstyle It took me 3 courses to trim my cat’s fur. The seller extended a helping hand and requested a refund, very good. This product is pretty good – to be fair – it cuts very well. I just have a question about the short battery life, but maybe I just received a dud. I will make another purchase and give them another chance.

    I think some comments about this trimmer have been exaggerated, but far from it. It is very quiet and has excellent maneuverability. It’s much better than the Wahl trimmer I have – there’s really no comparability. The haircut time is less than old scissors, and my dog doesn’t tremble like a leaf.

My cat is restless, but it hasn’t panicked from using it. I made him shave beautifully in less than three minutes. If you are unsure how low to trim your cat, I suggest using protective gear. I didn’t bring any guards, I just cut off his fur and shaved him off – except for his head, tail, and paws. Overall, good products come at affordable prices. He effortlessly completed the work for me.
