The support staff told me that if the middle light continues to flash, it indicates that it is working. Mine is pure blue< Anyway, after trying several different locations in our two-story apartment, we still encountered connectivity issues. I ultimately contacted the company for support, and they were great. But after a period of troubleshooting, they told me that the extender is not compatible with my internet. Obviously, I have dual settings and the device is only compatible with 2g or 5g. Additionally, I have Spectrum Internet and I have been informed that their products have not achieved much success in Spectrum. So I finally came back< There is no indication in the description that Spectrum customers should avoid using this product. It is also not mentioned that it is only compatible with 2G or 5G. Only 2 stars are given because customer support is very helpful.
