Mole Repellent Solar Powered for Lawns, 4 Pack Gopher Repellent Ultrasonic Solar Powered for Yard Outdoor
Product selection: 4pcs 1.Working method: The solar probe deflector vibrates and sends 400-1000 Hz low-frequency sound impulses in all directions every 30 seconds, which do not physically damage these pests. They just feel uncomfortable and drive them away. No death, no poison,no traps. Solar Mole Repellent is an environmentally friendly way, ideal for garden, farm,…
One Monica –
I had great expectations for this as a solution to our mole/vole problem. And everything seemed to be functioning, but the sound beeping was really bothersome. I was aware of the related noise, but I had no clue how loud it would be. The description should include this information.
Lillian Ann –
Gopher is still living comfortably in my yard.
Phoebe Compassionate –
I like that they are solar-powered. I must confess that I need to turn them off during outdoor events since the buzzing noise might disturb your guests. Just be sure to turn them back on after they’re gone. The dogs don’t appear concerned by the buzzing sound.
Garret Alexandra –
So if anything, they attract voles. Waste of money.
Edgar Queenly –
Keeping snakes away. We placed them closer together than necessary, and they still did not function.
Dominica Danielle –
I also got some caster oil-based powder to douse my yard with; I’ve heard that burrowing rodents dislike it, but that review will have to come from a separate merchant.
Victorious Maria –
They’re barely six months old, yet six of the eight have already ceased functioning. I can’t locate any warranty information, so I won’t be getting them again; I’ll try another brand. I contacted the vendor, who said that there was a six-month guarantee and that they would send new units. That was on 8-17-23; it is now 9-1-23, and I have not gotten any replacements or responses to more emails.
Majestic Errol –
I wanted them to work and give them a five-star review, but I still have moles. I tried grub killer, peanuts, and chewing gum, but this was my final resort. I installed eight of them all around my yard, yet I still have a lot of moles. Some of the new tunnels come within inches of these spikes. I can hear the spikes releasing sound and feel the vibrations on my palm, yet I still have moles.
Holly Horace –
My neighbor despised them.
Alma Eva –
This product accomplishes exactly what it is meant to. I had a large number of moles in my yard, and the noise eventually drove them away.
Derek Paula –
These items do not keep moles, chipmunks, or groundhogs away. It’s likely that they worked for the first two or three weeks, but moles, like other animals, became used to noises or changes in their surroundings. It was no different with the solar buzzing stakes. I can’t say for certain who sent me a $50 offer to give these stakes a positive review, and it was tempting to go for the cash, but that wouldn’t help get my message out about my frustration with these (and I firmly believe it will be your frustration if you buy like I did.) I called a pest control guy, and the problem was solved and even cheaper. Thank you for your time, and good luck!
Mirabelle Edwin –
They functioned well for about a month and then stopped functioning yesterday. Not sure whether the battery is dead or not charging. I have six left and am not sure whether shifting them would cover the yard.
Lucille Horatio –
The buzzing and beeping are really unpleasant. The mole excavated tunnels around them. I had them placed every ten feet. The moles dug directly next to and around them. They didn’t appear to have any effect on the moles; all they did was bother everyone in the backyard.
Royce Donald –
The ground was hard and dry, so installing them required a shovel. After the first night in the ground, I went out to check on them and saw that some of them had been uprooted by something and were laying on top of the soil. One I discovered many days later, some 20 yards from where it had initially been set! One of the devices had mole tunnels within a few feet, indicating that it did not perform its intended function. I would not consider it excellent value for money.
Belinda Nessia –
Realistically, I’m not sure I can stand hearing one of these beauties go off all the time while attempting to relax in my fauna-clad paradise. I imagine I wouldn’t be so sensitive if my yard was next to a major highway or an international airport runway, but without a 10-acre parcel with my house in the middle and these chirping electronic nightmares on the farthest points of the property line, I just don’t see how I can live with them.
Prosperous Farmer –
False advertisement! A waste of good money.
Darian Melody –
I planted four of them within 70 feet of each other in my flower beds. Voles burrowed in around the spikes in the ground, as well as other areas of the garden. They also remained. So they are entirely ineffectual against voles. Furthermore, the vendor had the arrogance to give me an gift card that would be activated if I left a 5-star online review. What a joke. For voles, I offer the nuclear option of poison smoke bombs (which have proven successful!) or mechanical traps that slot into an open port in the tunnel network. Don’t spend your money on these buzzers.
Loyal Holy –
I put everything in every 8 feet and it didn’t work. Mole is running around.
Berta Dutiful –
I used it to get rid of voles in my backyard. Placed several near the burrows. No impact. I purchased a different brand, and they were gone in days.
Ada Frederica –
My yard has steadily been taken over by moles, which have created canals ideal for cracking an ankle, therefore it’s time for fight!! I saw in a review that someone could hear the sound of the solar sound stakes, but I assumed they were simply sensitive to the noise or that they hadn’t buried them far enough, so I went ahead and bought them anyway. When I flipped the switch, the sound was louder than expected, but I assumed it would be less noticeable after they were in the ground. I am wrong. Increase the volume and see the video for yourself.
Winona Graceful –
Of the ones I have that work, they certainly assist with our mole issues, but they do not eliminate them entirely.
Spirited Nicole –
I like the idea, because they charge from the sun and buzz very loudly… However, after about a week, I continue to see mole mounds (I assume they are moles) within 10 feet of where I planted them. I had around 4-5 hilly sections and proceeded to add more hills to two of them. Maybe after I have control of the invasion, they may dissuade newcomers, but putting them near where the hills are currently has worked for some, but not all.
Seth Harley –
I didn’t think they’d be that noisy! When you turn them on, they will vibrate and beep every 20 seconds. After a few hours, I had to pick them all out of the yard since they were so loud and I could hear them from inside with the windows closed.
Gavin Pamela –
I purchased this product in the hopes that it would work. Everyone was at my place of business. Tell me that these goods do not function. They may work for a day or two, but I have mole tunnels all around six of them in the front yard. You will need to pay a professional to come out and exterminate the bugs in your yard in order to get rid of moles.
Heather Wolf –
I purchased two boxes of noisemakers (that’s all they do) and planted 16 across my yard. After two weeks, they’ve thrown parties for one or more. Would want to claim they work, but they don’t.The gray areas on the grass are where they appeared, and I smoothed the earth (sand) in the yard. Do not spend your time or money. I do not want to poison them, but it may be the only option. First, I tried the grit that you throw on the grass to make them leave a terrible stench. Did not work. The grub killer did not work either. Will consider the choices.
Whitney Faith –
Do not work. Get nasty worms.
Thomasina Owen –
Does not function. It annoys us more than the gopher.
Attendant Woodsman –
With these obnoxious noisemakers, there is a 60-70 percent decrease. I do not mind them.
Donald Molly –
They don’t appear to operate well. You should also employ poison.
Edeline Melissa –
One star for generating noise but not doing anything else.
Ethanael Eldon –
At first, I assumed they were trying to drive the moles out of my yard, but they’ve returned. If they keep the snakes away as stated, I will not mind paying for them.
Eliza Julia –
I had great expectations that they would work, but I was shortly disappointed. First, one stake was damaged immediately out of the box. Second, two of the stakes were dead from the beginning. After charging in direct sunlight for two days, two of the stakes do nothing. The remaining five were placed in my garden area. I have three in a 25-by-10-foot rectangle. I hoped they would work, however this morning I discovered a mole tunnel that ran right to the stake. So, in my own experience, and based on the image, they do not frighten Moles! Returning product for refund!!
Angela Power –
We were having a serious problem with moles.
Edmond Nola –
Bought in March 2023, and now it’s May 2023, and there are still gopher holes all throughout the yard.
Emery Lois –
I had moles running over my front yard and leaving ridges that were quite an eyesore. I put a lot of poison worms for the moles to consume and die…but I think they’re smart enough to know the difference between poison worms and the real food. I tried lots of granule and liquid repellants and that would send the moles away for a few days and then they’d be back. This mole repellant spikes seems to work consistently by keeping these pesky rodents away. Highly recommended.
Shawn Miranda –
I had great expectations for this product. I placed them in my yard according to the directions. It seemed to work initially (for a week or two), but moles have returned in full force. I’ll dig them up and discard them.
Awe-Inspiring Theodora –
Does not work Don’t spend your money!
Ethel Blair –
I bought them in the summer and November, and more than half of them do not function.
Pretty Monroe –
I installed 1 week ago, Product info said waterproof plastic housing but 8 pieces are all water buildup inside after rain.
Hattie Dora –
Well, they emit a sound. Rather like a distant dog trumpet. The moles and voles like them! I believe they are holding disco parties at night to the music, since activity has increased significantly since I began using them.
Marcia Ulrica –
I’ve had my mole stakes in the ground for a month. It seems to be attracting moles, since there are more tunnels than previously, and they tunnel directly into and around the stakes. I am quite disappointed. Now I must apply a pesticide or a lethal trap, which I attempted to avoid since I had pets.
Sirena Vaughan –
While they are effective at producing noise, they do not deter ground dwellers. I believe they attack voles! Anywhere I put this noise, holes appear.
Gideon Georgette –
I bought these items assuming they’d assist with the mold issue. The majority were really digging around the steaks in the dirt. It was really very amusing, and they make a lot of noise.
Tammy Kirk –
Easy to install, less than 10 minutes< The sound is very low and not stimulating< There are differences in the yard after installation. Walking around feels safe
Hafiz Pussah –
I bought these because the description says they make noise that humans cannot hear. Wrong. This is a very annoying sound that sounds every 20 seconds. If you have four different 20 second intervals that sound, then the annoyance will intensify. Therefore, I will not purchase these again. When I relax or meditate in the yard, I must turn them off. The description is misleading.
Rahul Swaminathan –
Placing these around the house reduces the number of my armadillos. They work very well. Be sure to place them in a place where you can get some sunlight.
MyoThu –
These are very useful! It’s been 2 years now, and I’m tired of moles. Great on/off button.
Well-Born Emily –
Replace them closer together than required, yet they still failed to keep snakes away from or out of the building.
Elizabeth –
The noise is pretty good. They immediately opened the box and used it, hoping that these chipmunks will start moving away from my retaining wall now!!
Egerton Zera –
First of all, these were pretty easy to push into the ground with the help of my Truper 72-in Pencil-point Digging Bar. Otherwise the job would have been more difficult considering I have dense clay. You definitely need to create a pilot hole somehow. I didn’t want to have to mess with them while mowing, so I pushed them in flush with the ground with only the head part above ground, which was lower than my mower blade. My assumption was that this would be more effective anyway. Most of my mole problem is in one area, so I spaced them about 6-8ft apart thinking it would create a nice strong barrier. After smashing down the existing mole tunnels, I called it a day and eagerly waited to not see new tunnels the next morning. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. New tunnels up to and around one of the spikes. Hmmmm, maybe it takes a few days for them to get scared off? I flattened down the tunnels and waited another day. On day two, there were no new tunnels…awesome! That’s pretty much where the excitement ended. Since then, daily tunnels all around these spikes for two weeks. It almost seems like they’re attracted to it. That was enough for me, went to pull them out to return them and several of them were barely even buzzing. Thank goodness for ‘s return policy. These things aren’t worth $6 let alone $60. Maybe they just don’t work in clay. I guess spring loaded traps it will have to be.
Supplanter Deirdre –
Good luck removing these possessed, grub-eating creatures from Lucifer’s hamster cage!
Security Consult –
We put them inside, and the mole continued to tear down our flower bed. They are digging tunnels under them. I don’t know why they don’t work for us. Super depressed.
Powerful Eliza –
It worked for a week, and no new mole tunnels appeared, but they returned the next week. I was quite disappointed since I believed this was the solution before going the fatal way.
cassandra Theisen –
I bought these and they broke down in less than a month. They stopped making sounds within 2 weeks. Sorry, product
Forbes Selena –
I’ve used it for two months and it’s worthless. Does not operate as advertised.
Morris Hadwin –
To get rid of the moles and gophers who were taking over my entire back yard–onward and ideally upward–I don’t want to use poisons, but I may have to, and I’ll cordon off the area to keep dogs out who enjoy to dig!
Frank Genevieve –
When disassembled, they are just inexpensive buzzers. They do not produce the low frequencies required to dissuade moles and voles.
Marnia Constant –
Have you had this product for around 6 months? And it appeared to work for the first several weeks. Following that, the moles return in full force and begin digging holes. Right up to where the unit is. I have even tried shifting them around.
Casey O’Connor –
Perhaps the best rodent repellent we have ever used in North Carolina. I can see Mole Mountain extending towards our neighbor’s yard.
Butterfly Dominic –
Break easily, yet there are still holes everywhere.
Minerva Solomon –
Put them out a month before the big spring clean-up. I am not seeing many new mole mounds, and the groundhog is still beneath the shed. Trying to be as careful as possible while shifting them about. At first, the buzzing drove me crazy. So far, I’m pleased, although I can hear a low bzzzzzz–zz-zzz-zzzzzz in my sleep.
Erika Lighthearted –
Don works on voles, I placed them in my garden no more than 1 foot away from the flowers, and the small things move like nothing to eat my zinnias, waste of money.
Small Briana –
Worst investment I have ever made. Not only do the moles and whatever else I have giggle at them as they damage my yard, but they are also rather noisy. I did further research, and moles don’t care if these items are there or not.
Luke Kiefer –
They are loud, and I can hear them from inside my house.
Fair-Haired Vandal –
Moles dug massive tunnels and mounds just around the spikes.
Lulu Minerva –
This photo depicts how I got the merchandise. One of the repellers included a solar panel that is entirely out of position, as seen in the image. I hope it works and is safe to use. If not, I’ll return.
uri peltz –
The frequencies between the devices are inconsistent, and they do not disturb the field mice at all. They are really digging holes next to the spikes. A complete scam.
Jason Fairhurst –
Easy to install and use. They have been in service for three weeks and the mole has disappeared. There are no more tunnels. More orders may be required.
Rosa Harriet –
You can hear them from a block away. Awful stuff that will drive you crazy!
Robin Denise –
I purchased them and placed them in my flowerbeds in the hopes that they would deter squirrels, rabbits, squirrels, and mice. We’re not affected by them at all, so I had to return them. I’d say they’re not worth anything.
coy espinal –
The installation is as simple as described. They had already charged when they received it, and the rest was handed over to the sun.
Michelle –
I only used it for a few days… I have seen some positive effects because they keep squirrels away because I have many squirrels coming to my kitchen garden. It’s too early to say their impact on moles< Although one of the small tools has malfunctioned. We will contact the supplier to see if it can be replaced… but so far, it's not bad.
Cristobal –
Although your beeps can be annoying at the right time, they work very well
Brad teaford –
I installed them according to the advertisement, but it was useless. I even got more hamsters next to this project haha
Freeman Serene –
I haven’t lost any plants since turning them on, so I assume they’re functioning. Much more audible than I thought; perhaps ideal for gardens further away from the house.
Rory Jerome –
After reading the reviews, I was quite optimistic that they would work. But they have done nothing to solve my Vole and Mole issue. I’ve had these for approximately three weeks and have not seen any improvement. I have a large yard that is plagued with moles and voles, and I continue to notice hills, lumps, and tunnels near to the units. Will need to look at other techniques.
Paula Tiffany –
I would not suggest these products since they do not last long.
Sonia perez –
When you press the rubber covered “ON” switch, they will periodically buzz for a second, so you know it’s working. I like them to turn off when the sound disturbs you, which may happen when you are hosting outdoor parties in the garden or elsewhere. If they don’t let the mole stay away from me, I will repost it, but when there are people around, the mole seems to never be active, so I expect the intermittent buzzing to disturb them. How loud is the sound? This is definitely audible to me, and I have high-frequency hearing problems, but it’s not as annoying as the sound of smoke alarms. My daughter said it would drive her crazy; My wife and other daughters didn’t even comment on this, although I’m sure they noticed. When asked, my wife agreed – although it was more noisy – to a level of annoyance similar to hearing a phone vibrate.
Norine Sacha –
They perform well, but they are noisy. Keep the snakes away.
Elroy Virtuous –
According to the instructions, one of these is sufficient for 4000 square feet. My property is 6,000 square feet, with about one-third covered by my home, so eight seems a little excessive. Regardless, I buried five of these solar sound stakes in the grass, up to the 2 line, as directed. My plan is to move them outwards to the margins of my yard over many days to drive the little lawn-maulers away, and after thinning the solar sound pegs down to maybe two or three, spaced 45′ apart, I intended to keep them away forever.
Enriqueta Hernandez –
Firstly, I am a homeowner in his 60s who loves my yard and strives to create and maintain it throughout the year. I moved last year and didn’t see any signs of varmint until a few months ago. I hate field mice, that’s why God allows them to torture me (so I will make him responsible, not me) So my idea of purchasing this brand “There’s no way, this will be typical nonsense from…” Okay, I was wrong, thank goodness! These things beep every few seconds, and when you put them on the ground, the sound will spread all over the earth, amplifying and driving this thing crazy!! It tried to leave my yard and ended up in a mess, but I like Mom’s yard news every morning when I go up… Instead of digging tunnels everywhere, it’s better to let it out. These devices have strong solar energy! Be careful with the valve stem Drill a hole without pushing its head, as it is a precision device. Wrap the soil around the stem. If you read the instructions, that’s great.
Estelle Ryan –
Received these in the mail. One of them did not function.I got these in the winter and didn’t use them until spring, but all of the other ones were fine and it was too late to return them, so I kept them.
Regina Wamba –
It won’t stop the hamster. The hamsters got used to the sound they made. Initially, they stopped for a few days, but in the end, they dug next to the equipment (see picture).
Sol –
I moved them three times to the past mound of soil. Some new ones are right next to them, and a couple are recommended in the location of the equipment. If you listen carefully, you will hear small animals mocking me in their tunnels.
Lorelei Philip –
I installed them, and they took a few weeks to slow down.
Merlin Thomasina –
These seem to have effectively eliminated the voles in my yard.
Tara –
These solar stakes are perfect for preventing animals from digging holes in the yard or digging out your garden!
Earth Exalted –
This buzzes whether or not there is anything around, which is really unpleasant.
Silvery Sharon –
The product claims to cover a certain square footage. Nope. First, I set 14 of them 20 feet apart throughout our yard, then 10, and eventually 5 feet apart, with each stake in either a mole hill or a canal excavated by the moles. The following morning, we had 21 fresh hills distributed around the stakes. We tried them all around the perimeter. With some in the middle. Nothing was put on hold. There were three new hills inside a 5 foot circle in one hour. Maybe they attract moles! These aren’t ultrasonic. We will attempt to return the buzzing and vibrating items, but they are just garbage. Don’t trust the nice reviews. They do not work on moles.
Marvin Industrious –
I’ve put them in for almost two weeks, and the gopher is still digging and burrowing in my yard. A fresh mound appeared this morning next to the stake, almost as if it were giving me his huge fat middle finger.
Blind Merle –
I wish they could recharge in less than full light since moles are most active in densely forested areas, making it difficult to locate a sunny site for regular functioning.
Sujit Giri –
An effective method to drive marmots and other parasites out of buildings. It’s easier than waiting to shoot them.
Doris Kayla –
I had purchased an identical thing from Walmart. It also did not work. I didn’t see a change before and after using this. I eventually found something that had excellent results.
Griswald Lizzie –
So I just put the whole set of eight in my garden and front yard, where I saw mole activity. The buzzing sound every 20 seconds is unpleasant, but thankfully not audible inside the home. I placed a couple near the end of the grass and many in the major busy tunnels, so we’ll see in a bit whether they’re worth the unpleasant buzz.
Franchia brazille –
They work very well. The mole and snake completely disappeared. This is really valuable
Just Shamus –
I’ve had my stakes for approximately three weeks now. I was first pleased since (1) the order came in approximately three days, and (2) the stakes seemed to operate fairly effectively. My stakes were neatly set around my front yard in accordance with the directions. The hum is neither bothersome nor loud. However, it is clear that the range is not as described. Also, after the moles have reportedly become used to the vibration, they will physically build tunnels directly next to the stakes! I give them a reasonably good grade since they seem to assist, but they are not completely effective, and the range is somewhat limited. Believe it or not, I am tempted to buy more to see whether they are more effective. But I’m not sure at this time. Moles and voles have literally been ripping up my yard all year, thus these stakes seem to assist since that has been much reduced. However, I am concerned about the handful who continue to dig near the home.
Veronica Gamble –
I installed a rat repellent stake. They have been in the field for about 3 weeks now, and moles are everywhere in my yard. Nothing has changed except for money. I don’t recommend it.
Jenny –
Since installing these, I haven’t seen moles or field mice. Very easy to install.
Max Alarice –
The moles in our yard seemed unconcerned by them. They proceeded to tunnel near the stakes, occasionally directly by one of them. The buzzing sound irritated us quite a bit; I mean, it might have been worth it if they were effective in driving the moles away, but it did not seem to irritate our moles.
Tamara Lynn –
This item is a waste of money. I do not work. I bought it to deter gofers from my garden plot. One of the spikes ceased operating after approximately three weeks, with no sound produced. After roughly a month, gofers were more active than usual. They continue digging near to the spikes, even burying one of them in earth. IT IS NOT WOK. I can’t return it; it’s too late. But this is crap.
Jocilyn Taylor –
I like them being solar powered! If the nails were made of stronger materials, I would do the best. It is difficult to insert the plastic nails into the ground according to regulations without damaging them< I will release an update later to see if they have resolved my field mouse issue.
Gerardo Vargas –
Mole mounds are everywhere in our yard. We receive them every year, so I bought them because I drove them away. And snakes!!!!!!
Flower Small –
These removed the moles in around three days, but two of them ceased functioning after five days.
Gaby Silver –
If you have mole problems, I recommend this product. It has been three days since installation, and I can’t see the tunnel now. It looks like a mole has run away. Good product.
Gifford Pleasure –
Must be turned off before visitors arrive, unless there is a means to lessen the volume. Please advise. The sound exceeds expectations.
VANESSA PHILLIPS –
Wow, when I first checked these pursuers, I was a bit skeptical. However, after following the instructions to install them, they can work perfectly! They must be doing everything they said, there’s no sign of digging a hole!
ben deal –
These sound like a great solution, but after we installed them a few weeks ago, our field mouse problem became even worse. We are losing plants every day. These are all waste of money.
Steven J. Truax –
As stated in the title, all four units have experienced malfunctions within one week of continuous use. When all units fail within the same time frame, it cannot be attributed to a defect in a single unit. At least I received a total of about a month from them. It seems to have really kept the iguana away, and the snake began to appear more frequently on the other side of the yard, indicating that it was working… although it continued. Save your money.
jhonatan –
I’m not sure if these are snake oil, but what’s certain is that after I installed them, the dirt pile from the field mouse no longer popped out. My biggest concern is whether my dog will decide to use them as chewing toys, but I believe the sound they make will also stop them< The sound is pretty good, from a distance of about 30 feet, it sounds like insects buzzing in the background every 15-20 seconds.
Harley Leslie –
I’m sure this works as intended, but getting it sent was a nightmare. This was an problem and not a product issue.
Alanna Phoebe –
I gave them a 3-star rating due of their loudness. I’m not sure what they do apart from transforming my yard into a party for any critter with a sense of rhythm.
Allison Davalos –
This product is very easy to install. These instructions are simple and easy to read/follow. Value for money!
Erskine Esmond –
These don’t work for me. I followed the instructions. I installed them every 35 feet rather than 70 feet as recommended in the instructions. Waited three weeks instead of two, as suggested in the instructions. Gophers and moles are physically digging right next to it! See the picture. I wasted money by purchasing two sets.
Uttam K Mozumder –
At first, I was very skeptical, but three weeks later I no longer have moles. Those little ghosts are cunning, and I have tried many methods but none of them have worked. These solar gadgets seem to have driven them away, and now my neighbor has mole problems haha
Lucinda Marissa –
I suppose it’s luck of the draw.I purchased eight of them in hopes of getting rid of the moles, but they are still in the yard. It’s been nearly two months since I installed them, and I’m still finding new tunnels every day. I’m planning to leave them in all summer. There’s always hope.
jeremy –
There are moles in my yard, so I bought traps, but they didn’t work (I caught zero moles). So I ordered these solar powered mole ultrasonic deworming agents, and after about a week, there were no more mole holes or signs of tunnels they dug. It has been 3 months now and there are still no moles. I recommend this product< RickC in Florida
Velda Belgrave –
Very easy to install. This will take a few minutes. Make sure to keep the snake away from the yard!
Karen Aguilar –
Great product. As described, so far, the groundhog is not in my garden. I hope the wooden stakes are narrower and smoother, so that they can easily enter the ground. I should have brought a shovel or something, but I think it would be easier to install them with sharp wooden stakes.
Amro –
I put down some wooden stakes and found a sharp decrease in the number of soil piles. However, I saw that they had moved to a place in the yard where I had no wooden stakes. So I placed one on the ground in that area, and it seems to have worked. Additionally, they are powered by solar energy. Simple.
Saul –
I would say that customer service is excellent, but the product is not. One of my original four was broken, and they immediately sent me a new box with two inside. However, they do not work. I have been releasing them for 3 months and moving them around, but there are still field mice digging holes in my yard and garden. The beeping sound is also annoying, but I understand why it appears, but equally, it doesn’t work.
jennifer –
I hope it can work. I just put some in the front yard. Although the yard is small, I need to make sure these runners are driven away. I will continue to check for any vulnerabilities.
Peg Laurel –
I discovered little snakes nearby, which were then eaten by birds. Moles did not disappear; instead, they created new paths adjacent to them. I swamped them.
Bobby Tuning –
Just received it today! My neighbor’s dog was bitten by a snake, so I decided to put some of it on the farm line! They don’t make too much noise at all, just periodic vibrations in a sense. I don’t expect to solve any pest problems, but I hope it can alleviate a bit!
Fleming Lilly –
So far, the voles and moles are still active and taking plants from our garden!
Penelope Moira –
If I could give less than one star, I would. The vibrations are working as shown by the high pitched shriek, yet the mole seems unconcerned.
Anthony Schmidtbauer –
Installing these using a light bulb spiral drill bit is very simple. If you have a cordless drill, please purchase a spherical spiral drill bit for it. It makes these installations easy, and you will use it more than you imagine< They are also very easy to use. Leave them in the sunlight for about a day to charge, then place them throughout the yard as needed and press the switch. Last week we had 3 inches of rain here, and my body was still buzzing< I bought four for a yard that should require two, because based on my soil type and the severity of our mole problem, we really need coverage< I bought it 2 weeks ago. The mole disappeared within 4 days. I have walked through all the tunnels, but they have not returned yet< My only suggestion is to obtain twice the quantity you think is necessary to drive away the existing intrusion. The suggested coverage may exclude them, but may not drive them away< 2 month update: There are 4 new Mole Mountains within a 10 foot radius of a location. Reduce to 2 stars.
Amanda Kirsten –
Used for mole infestation. They have been in the ground for two months and are useless. I believe they are sketching moles and chimpanzees.
Joy Riley –
Extremely disappointed. Junk!! Stop working after a few months.
Vincent Silette –
Great product, but it will take a few weeks to see a decrease in small animals. Two stopped working, but Amazon quickly shipped replacement products and resumed business!

The loud clicking sound can be annoying for some people. More than a month later, the mole rat was still digging holes near the mechanical device.
casandra –
Easy to unpack and install. Durable and high-quality feeling. Just need sunlight and click the button!
Winthrop Eddie –
I put these around my yard at the recommended distance. The absence of moles is particularly obvious. No more elevated grass or dirt mounds. When I’m in the area near them, I can hear the music well. The beep is increased by 8, yet I only hear around four of them at a time. I need to relocate to a different location to hear the last four.
Annabelle Drucilla –
I’m quite disappointed. I made my purchase based on the reviews and was mislead into thinking this gadget might discourage moles. I can’t receive $60 back since the refund window is closed. Please do not bother.
Oscar –
Getting rid of the chipmunk, but not preventing the moleUnable to replace battery when no longer charging
Jessica Brown –
I really don’t think these will work, but what surprised me was that they are indeed effective! I have a terrible mole problem. After installing these nails, I quickly noticed the differences. The moles in my yard run much less. I will purchase again to use in my front yard.
Toby Brina –
All of my sun repellent items are damaged and no longer function. Now my yard is full with snakes and tiny creatures. They only last four months. Such a waste of money! Untrustworthy dealer!!
Devan McFadden –
I really hope the mole can evacuate my yard! So far, these are all perfect. When opened, they immediately start working, easy to install, and gardening tools for digging holes look very sturdy and worth recommending.
Melody Kelley –
Easy to use, with a guide hole poked in the active area of the mole. The mole continues to move forward
Maiden Sherlock –
I bought with little optimism. Voles have decimated my yard. I don’t believe it’s gotten rid of them, but they appear to be more concentrated in one location. The hills have taken over my one-acre land, and I garden, therefore I want to get them out. I can understand how the device might bother earth crawling critters below ground.
Fighter Whitney –
After reading all the positive reviews, I got these…but I’m sad to say that they stopped working after three months…ouch! For my wallet
Pleasure Oprah –
These don’t work. I purchased with great expectations of getting rid of gophers in my garden. I continue to lose 1-3 plants every night. I am really disappointed.
Lisa –
The equipment is great. Simple and effective. You need to use them correctly. Place them in a corner of the yard and slowly move them to drive away intruders in the yard.
Daphne Eric –
According to the product description, this product covers 7000 square feet and requires the installation of mole repellents every 70 feet. However, the instruction booklet included in the package indicates that this product only covers 4000 square feet and that mole repellents must be installed every 40 feet. I am unsure which is proper.

Plant one of the jewels next to a new “field mouse hole”. The field mouse doesn’t care< Physically speaking, this device does indeed emit high-frequency sound regularly. But this doesn't seem to disturb the field mouse.
Jessica Rojas –
Perfect, moles drive me crazy. Now my neighbor next to three doors has my mole, but I don’t. Thank goodness. This is easy to use and easy to install!
Timothea Elsie –
Installation was simple, and everything seems to be operating. I have not seen any critters.Delivered swiftly, however one of the eight items came damaged. The external and interior packages were both unharmed, so it’s unclear how one was shattered. Just put the other seven in the ground and watch how they work. EDITED! After blogging about how one of them broke, I put up the remaining seven in my raised garden. The garden comprises of 6-2’x4′ beds. I installed a unit in each bed, so they are practically 4′ apart. As you can see in one of my 15 films, rats go about their business as usual! I probably should have photographed the burrow holes they dug again after I sealed them up.
Aimee Hopkinson –
I didn’t see any snakes in my backyard, but we don’t have any neighbors, so I want to confirm. However, after installing these, I found that there were no more lizards. I am satisfied with the purchase so far. Thank you!
Lois Dawn –
These spikes are simple to place, mix nicely with the environment, are solar recharged (no maintenance required), and, most importantly, have worked to discourage moles and other animals from entering and digging in our yard. Definitely recommend.
Hanna Lars –
I bought this product because I needed to get rid of the moles that were digging around the utility boxes in my yard and chewing through buried lines. I didn’t want to poison them because I have a dog, and I didn’t really want to kill the mole(s) in the first place. Based on the reviews, I was very hopeful.
justin –
We installed these because a mother mole and her children lived under our shed, and it kicked them out!
Dylan Travis –
I left them in the light for a few days to ensure they all turned on, and then I went around my property and buried them in the ground with a few inches sticking out. They all seem to work for the first week or two, but as I go about, I notice that even though they get plenty of sunshine, only half of them appear to be buzzing, so I presume 50% work and 50% do not?
David –
Of course, this is not 100%, but it has played a huge role in keeping moles away from my yard. I occasionally find a tunnel, so I move one to that area – and there are no repetitive activities. Due to the layout of my yard – I bought 2/4 bags, so I have enough space to move them and still cover the surroundings.
Emily A. Buhr –
I just received 4 packages. I’ll open it and see what it does. It emits an annoying beep every 20 seconds. I don’t want to sit in the yard listening to these asynchronous beeps. Continue to search for true rodent deterrence. Maybe I just need to get rid of my bird feeder:) Sorry, 3 stars. Not doing what it should have done.
Emily Orner –
They have been installed at the correct depth and range for several weeks, and I am still searching for the mole tunnel. It did indeed reduce the quantity, but it did not completely stop them.
Josephine Ives –
When I initially pulled one out of the package, a screw fell out. The plastic threads have been taken off. The rest of them seem to be alright. If you have hard earth, you’ll need something to dig a hole for them. I simply placed mine into the mole tunnels. It remains to be seen how effectively this works.
Sandra Cloete –
A mole built a new tunnel within a few inches of one of the spikes after entering the ground for two weeks. They are still driving, making noise but it doesn’t work
Blake Hogan –
This product is very easy to install and has a small volume, so it is not as eye-catching as other products. These products can do the same thing to prevent moles
Gladys –
We have just moved from northeast to southeast and are not used to seeing snakes in the backyard! But I think there’s a snake (garden snake, no big deal) living in my backyard because I see it almost twice a week, but because we’re not used to having snakes around us, I bought this thing and guess what snake is next to it when it vibrates! It’s a complete waste of money.
Morgan Rupert –
It seemed to be beneficial for the first two months. After two months, the product continues to make noises, but moles return and dig tunnels around it. Not worth the cost!
victoria gonzalez –
We have a new lawn covered with weeds. I hope this is helpful
Sterling Gifted –
I enjoyed how they operated as described. However, I detest how easily they broke when pressing into tougher terrain.
Warrior Earthy –
The pulses these gadgets emit are really rather loud; I can hear them from inside my home. We needed them for a little planter area, and they didn’t even keep the mole away from the rest of our plants. He doesn’t seem to mind the pulses, but I do. I’ll come back to discover an alternative solution for the following gardening season.
Matilda Ethanael –
So I hear them making noise, so I know they’re working, but I’ve also seen voles in my yard leaning up against it, being massaged.
Edric Gift-Brave –
I wrote a few months ago since a couple of mine quit functioning, which is very irritating considering I haven’t had them for a season. I’d want them replaced as they must be defective.
Rosalind Kingsley –
The solution says to wait 14 days to see results, however after 30 days, moles are still tearing up my garden. I tried transferring them to various areas for another 14 days and I’m still furious! Don’t purchase this; it’s a complete waste. And now my return window is closed.
Lisa Morris –
I initially installed them in early March. At first, I thought they were working. However, I now find that the mole has returned to my yard, less than 10 feet away from one of the units. Since their purpose is to drive away moles, then they must be insufficient!
Gardner Lame –
This did not discourage them from returning.
Nathan Lorelei –
I received these, so I need to test them! I just dropped them in the ground a few hours ago, so I’ll see whether they drive the rototilling rodents away and update or follow up on my review with further information at a later date.
Queenly Samson –
Try cayenne pepper. Seems to be working nicely, so I got 4# from .
