    I returned the Cuisinart 4 cup because it was defective and decided to purchase this product that I had not heard of. When it arrived, it was packaged very well. I have decided to give it a try. The glass bowl is heavy and thick, which is a bonus. The blade is sharp, and there are only two settings: low and high. At first, I couldn’t figure out how to place the motor on the cover. My first two attempts were a bit frustrating because I first placed the lid on the top of the bowl and then placed the motor on the top where you had to align it. That’s too wrong. On the third attempt, I realized that it was easier to place the motor on top of the lid first, and then place the lid with the motor on top of the bowl and close it. It works very well. So far, everything is good. I am very happy< I changed my mind and decided to give it a 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating. Aligning the motor is a bit challenging. I cannot try to get it at once. I hope to have a video on how to align the motor. Once it is aligned, it will work well.

My only problem now is the silicone ring around the base. It keeps moving (like falling off). Manufacturers should just super stick things together so they won’t move.

    The only stainless steel ones are the blade and sausage tube (I think the tube is, unused, but when I read the title again, the only thing they said was stainless steel.I bought this because I think the parts that come into contact with my food are stainless steel, okay, they are not. It took about 10 hours to try grinding about 15 pounds of meat, causing everything to clog, not very happy.     A few years ago, I also purchased a meat grinder from . My mother has always liked that machine, so I bought her this meat grinder. It is bigger and heavier than the one I have. My mother prefers to buy whole packs of meat and grind them herself. This is cheaper as she can control the size of the ground meat or their thinness. In the photo, she and I tried this meat grinder for the first time to make meat sauce (it’s a bit like liver intestines, but it originated in Europe, and we made a Vietnamese version. Personally, I think it’s much better than liver intestines, and I can’t eat liver intestines – sorry liver intestines fans). Anyway, the meat in the photo is grounded to the largest size possible. But we did try the smallest size to regrind the meat and liver, and the effect was very good (the mixture has a very smooth texture after cooking). Machines do make a lot of noise while working, but I think this is normal. Although my brand is different, I do the same thing. It is recommended to let the machine rest every 10 minutes. I didn’t really follow the rule to Z, but the machine is fine. To be honest, its grinding speed is very fast, so unless you use this machine for commercial purposes, I don’t think you need more than 15-20 feet of grinding time. For reference only, we ground approximately 6 pounds of meat, perhaps 4 pounds of liver, and some soaked bread, which took us less than 15 feet. I suggest cutting the meat into long strips instead of thin pieces to make the process easier and faster. Needless to say, my mother is very satisfied. She no longer needs to use a blender to make meat sauce. She has to constantly add water, which leads to a decrease in product quality and is very time-consuming. By the way, just to confirm with you, this meat grinder is purely a meat grinder. It doesn’t have any other functions, such as a juicer (the one I own is also more expensive), so if you try to add anything that contains a lot of water/juice, the water/juice will leak a bit.     So I ordered it to make low phosphorus cat food, which means it has higher fat and no bones. The meat was cut into small pieces according to the instructions, but the motor and/or blade were not strong enough. It took more than 10 minutes to get the thing shown in the glass bowl in the picture. The meat was too laggy and could not push anything through. Then I was afraid of breaking it. I admit there is a lot of chicken skin in meat, but if it can’t be sliced, I really can’t imagine it being able to grind pork or beef with fat. I may try again, but to be honest, I’m not optimistic

    After shooting a few deer, I went hunting for the first time in 10 years because I had been processing my own deer since I was young. I didn’t trust processing websites, so I decided to give this opportunity. It actually arrived 3 days early, which really helped A LOT!! I put the meat on ice in the cooler and let the ice take it out. On Friday, November 25th, after cleaning and cutting all the meat I was grinding, I put the Lg hole grinding plate in and started working. I ground 29.5 pounds, then replaced the Lg disc with an Sm disc and ground it again, so it ground 59 pounds of meat without any actual problems. The lid on the motor is too hot, and I can’t put my hand on it for at least 30 minutes, but today the motor still opens and rotates. I do not recommend using it for daily use now as it may burn out within a week, but if you plan to raise 1-2 deer per year, this may be suitable for you. I like it.
