I cut a two pound piece of grilled meat and put it in the refrigerator for about half an hour to make it hard. I start with rough dice. What I need to do is put the cube inside. Machines are basically responsible for the rest of the work. It sucked the meat directly into the blade and died effortlessly. I switched to a medium-sized mold and put the roughly ground beef back into the meat grinder. I had to give it a few dives to keep it going, but again, it effortlessly passed through. I ground two pounds of beef in less than two minutes< I took everything apart and rinsed it clean in a few seconds. Cleaning is as simple as ever< I am very satisfied with this unit. I haven't tried sausage pies yet, but after seeing how they work, I'm really looking forward to it.

It barely does this job, but there are still many shortcomings in efficiency, performance, and cleanliness< But with this meat cutter/sausage filler, things will never be the same again when it comes to home sausage making< It has all the functions that any amateur sausage manufacturer may need, including three grinding plates (coarse, medium, fine), two steel blades, tubes, spiral drills and tray components, a plastic push rod for feeding your chosen meat chunks, and plastic accessories for filling sausages and making kibbs. These components are smooth, finely processed, and seem to be of high quality – they are precisely combined together but easy to disassemble for cleaning. A pair of nylon liners isolate the spiral drill from the main body to prevent any meat residue from entering the work. The satin polished stainless steel body is relatively lightweight due to the power it contains. It is decorated with chrome plated on/off and reverse buttons, and the black plastic top button can release the locking pin to firmly fix the grinding component in place without tilting. There are two suction cups at the bm to prevent the device from hovering on your counter while you use it.     This meat grinder seems to have excellent workmanship and is sturdy and durable. It has suction cups at the bm to prevent it from moving. It is very easy to assemble. I thought the cleaning work might eventually be more difficult than before, but it’s not bad at all. I think the biggest problem I will encounter is the disk with small holes. However, I found that if you run under hot water, the meat in the hole will eventually come out easily. The reason I gave it a 4-star instead of a 5-star rating is because it doesn’t seem to want to grind fat. I almost cut off everything, leaving only a little bit here and there. It will be clamped by the machine and I won’t get anything. I have had to dismantle it and remove the fat. I tried to use the rev button to see if it could be pushed in, but this ultimately caused the machine to stop. Besides, it is a pretty good machine. Just cut off all the fat first.

Different attachments provide you with many different choices. For me, various attachments and functions are enough to conduct experiments and enjoy the fun of making different choices of minced meat< The sound of the machine is surprisingly loud, but I think this is normal for this type of machine. Overall, this machine looks very durable and feels very sturdy. The warranty seems generous to me as well. Overall, this is a cool product that can be used in the kitchen!

    So far, I have only used this grinder once, but it grinds very well, using coarse and medium molds that are almost too fine. Maybe next time I will only use coarse ones. When I finish, the motor looks warm, but if I only run it once, it should also be helpful. Overall, it was done very quickly.

    The meat grinder works very well. Fast, not too loud, the final product is great. I do hope that the aluminum tray on which the food is placed (before entering the grinder) will not oxidize in the dishwasher. Either way, this is a great overall purchase.

    Last autumn, it processed about ten pounds of waste deer meat. It handles the load well and produces good consistent minced meat. Cleaning it up can be annoying, but it’s expected. We haven’t passed a very difficult test yet, we just chopped up pieces of meat. I don’t know if this will do anything super difficult. It is very effective for our small projects.
