I’ll probably make another one with loops on the sides to connect into the wooden rails and bands beneath for stability. Nobody wants their cat to tumble out of the window bed.

    Had a lot of expectations for this product. Initially, the package was opened. Nothing was taped on it. Fortunately, no components were missing. Then, after assembly, I saw that, contrary to the listing’s statement that you should have flexibility in adjusting, there were just two holes available for sliding the window frame hooks.     Adverse effects. 1) A lot of fur is drawn to the cloth. It is merely coated, and my kitties are black. 2) From the beginning, one of the velcro strips was tearing apart. 3. I hand washed it (cats peed on it, so I was soaking the fabric for a while), and the fabric shrank a little, so it no longer spans the full width of the frame and the velcro went all shaky.     My kitties like this since it’s simple to vacuum or brush fur off it. My two cats, who weigh between 10 and 13 pounds each, fit together well on the perch. After that, I cleaned it, and now, regardless of my efforts to extend it, it won’t fit back onto the frame by about an inch. I’m unable to utilize it any longer. I’m thinking about giving it back or making an extension myself. I suppose it would have been a lack of forethought if the makers had added an inch to the length to accommodate shrinkage or included an adjustable frame.

    When I first saw this cat’s habitat, I thought ordering it was a good idea so that my cat could sunbathe every day. Although it is easy to assemble, it still needs to be adjusted to work in my window. After installing it on my window, the bracket hanging it on the window will prevent it from completely closing. Although this may be useful in spring and summer, in winter, this small opening will introduce a considerable amount of cold air. After making some adjustments to these brackets and slightly changing the way the legs support them, I am able to close the window. The bottom windowsill is not as tight as I wanted, but at least the window no longer needs to be kept open. Overall, the structure and functionality of this habitat are very sturdy and should help cats maintain comfort, but it is not designed for widespread use in all window types.

    My old lady can finally lie down and enjoy the sunshine. It is perfect for placing on the windowsill, ensuring that your windowsill is sturdy enough. The only problem I encountered was that the actual part of the hammock was a bit short on both sides. She had already tried to get out of the hammock several times with her claws.     This is a fantastic yet basically useless item. To attach the cloth to the frame, they use a very poor kind of velcro. My cat slid through the velcro in less than half an hour. Attempting to utilize velcro is pointless. All that has to be done is stitch a loop so that the user may slide it along the support. Since velcro wouldn’t need to be added to the structure, this would be stronger and presumably need less resources. I’ll do the sewing on this. However, if the shelves utilize velcro to secure the hammock to the frame, avoid purchasing any of them. It is simple to build and hang, and the frame seems very durable. That said, it makes little difference since your cat will not be secured by the very flimsy velcro.

If your window has a lip that can help you open and close, it won’t work either. We have a window that is very suitable for side opening. The padding is detachable and washable, and I also like it.

    I own my own house, but I know it’s a good choice for tenants. My cat likes this thing! We did encounter a small problem where the “apron” under the window was too long, but we installed the shelter with longer screws and the effect was very good. My cat weighs 9 pounds and can jump up without any problem. This is very safe. I subtracted one star because I wanted the fabric to be sewn on instead of wrapped in nylon buckles. It looks super sturdy, maybe it’s designed like this so you can clean it, but I’d rather it be sewn. I’ll just use a vacuum cleaner to clean it up. I think overall, this is a better choice than the suction cup type.

    In the past, I tried several suction cup cat stands. But no matter how I clean and use the suction cups, they will fail. When it fails, it will eventually throw our cat onto the floor, which is both sad and interesting< Therefore, when I saw this Amosijoy cat wall stand/shelter and how it doesn't require suction cups, I decided to purchase it for our cats to watch and doze off< The design is very simple. There is a corner bracket that can hold the edge of the window frame or sill. Then there are adjustable feet that can tighten the habitat and support most of the weight on the wall below the window. The final design project is the actual habitat material, which is fixed to two poles with nylon buckles. This is a hard and heavy fabric. The bottom of the fabric is coated with rubber< After less than a minute of installation, our cat must come over to check< There are several design issues< The big problem I encountered was my window design. My windowsill has no gaps, I plan to use a metal frame. But I found that the attached angle brackets are too high and can interfere with the window railing (used to raise and lower the window). I have several options. I ultimately decided to manufacture a different, lower profile bracket. You can see it in my photo because my bracket is wider than the wooden bracket< My next question is how long the nylon buckle can last. I think if the fabric is sewn, I would prefer it< I argue that it is best to evaluate the product fairly. If you have the best window setup for manufacturer bracket work, then this is a 5-star product (to be frank with me). However, I believe that my windows are very common, so I ultimately decided to start with a rating of 4, hoping that my comments will catch the attention of other customers and see concerns about the brackets< I hope this can help.

Not a tremble, not a squeak, totally steady.     This window dwelling is very suitable for cats. When I work in the home office, my child likes to look out and take a nap. It is very easy to assemble and sturdy enough for adult cats of normal size. I will regularly check the screws on the side to ensure they are secure, but there is no problem with loose legs. My habitat is only equipped with a piece of felt for the wall, but it’s not a big deal because when the kitten jumps up and down, it doesn’t scratch at all. In summary, a great product!
