The blade is still very sharp, and the motor itself is still running. This is a very good design that can save counter space and is very easy to clean. The explanation is very honest – this will make anything you insert (excluding ice) work quickly and evenly. There is a clear warning that ice (and I believe frozen foods are the same) can damage the blades. My device may have defects and may be overworked – I will never know because the manufacturer and seller will not reply to my messages. Fulfilling the manufacturer’s warranty is not the seller’s responsibility, but I still hope to receive a polite response.
