    The product is getting started quite well, but I refuse to connect to my router. The technical support is very good, I answered the chat in less than 5 minutes, and there is a good script to complete the installation steps. After two failed attempts, I was unable to connect to the issue regarding my configuration. The complexity and length of passwords have been questioned. My response to 16 characters, including uppercase and lowercase numbers and letters, resulted in a request for a refund order as they only support 14 characters and I have too many devices that cannot reconnect to my network. They need to support a password of 32 characters, as my next upgrade will reach this level.
